Thank you so much for asking where they got their conflict resolution skills. I’ve got a degree in it and I think they are far superior. The importance they place on their relationship and understanding but not catering to a passing emotion when they fight was excellent advice. They have thought about how they want their lives to be different post-prison, and they are apparently very deliberate about the choices they make.

Fantastic interview! I will tell my friends (and enemies) that they need to listen to your podcast! I was only planning on staying for this season of LALU because apparently I have too many subscriptions but I will just have to find something else to cut. Yeah not understanding how or why these 2 were chosen. With his past selling drugs that killed people, still selling sketchy "shoes" aka money laundering of some sort, having 78 kids they don't give 2 shits about this was a flop. Out of all the people to interview from the shows you recap why these two losers?

I love this!! It's SO refreshing to see a couple on this show who is so real and not creating drama for the ratings. I'm looking forward to seeing them on LILU. I truly believe Michael is on the right path and will not be returning to his former life. Just to touch on the subject of having a husband in the music biz and thirsty women ... lol ... my husband is in a band that travels the country and he is HOT. We've been together for 18 years and the one thing that surprised me the most was how disrespectful so many women are! Women will come up to him, while I'm standing there, and try to hook up with him, and of course, the DMs. He is very open that he is happily married and his social media accounts are full of pics of the both of us. It doesn't faze me anymore, but it is disappointing that so many women pursue married men with no regard to their wives. On the other hand, in my experience, as soon as men find out you are married, 95% back off immediately. That was my Rock-n-Roll Wife Minute. You're welcome. lol.

I would really love to get behind this couple. I’m all for a redemption story but I can’t. He sold, fentanyl and kept the profits hidden so that he can funnel it back into the system through his “ tennis shoe business.” Micheal being attractive doesn’t give him a pass. I personally know several people who have passed away due to fentanyl overdose. On average, 175 people die a day in the United States from fentanyl overdose. I don’t feel like he has any regret for the pain he probably caused hundreds, if not more, families due to the type of business he chose to be in. I know this is supposed to be a light podcast and I get that, but I am not ok with romanticizing a man who probably is responsible for many deaths. I might change my mind if he decides to put something back into the system, maybe volunteer or work in the community to help young men and women who are marginalized find better options. Really trying not to be a Debbie downer guys but I’ll skip over their segments.🤷🏻‍♀️

Great interview but you can read a lot into what wasn’t said. I know Poodle would ask how Michael bought Justine a car while in prison. And how do they support themselves financially since neither has a job. I suppose the handlers shut down those lines of questioning.
