Here’s the thing: proceeds from criminal activity cannot be put into a bank (hence money laundering schemes to distance the dollars placed in a bank from the crime) without fear of being seized. The proceeds from a crime, yes, are still considered part of the criminal activity. Now, somebody has to be able to prove that the ill-gotten-gains were part of a crime, but if they can then anything purchased with those dollars is also fair game for seizure: Mike’s cars, jewelry, etc.

I call fraudacity on Tater and Chance those emails were spam Porn ones with links, and in the preview he’s there at the labor right? I gasped at how much he makes, he needs therapy so bad. His drug addiction rolled over into financial/gambling addiction. I was also skeeved out by Sarah bringing that man by her child. Sarah still has unresolved feelings with that fool, her Mom should have been there instead. She could have been in that nasty sex soup in her bordello living room underneath the poster of the Tasmanian Devil and Tweety Bird dressed Rasta. I am living for Monique and her Sisters who remain unscathed by those 2 harpies. To them I say “hello irrelevant!” What do we think of Brittany and Marcelino next week?

It's very satisfying being the person that is called after the falling out. I babysat for a woman who was extremely right in all her views. I do not share my views with children so did not think our differing views were a problem. After the 2012 election I did not hear from her for 3 or 4 months which was very strange (I was usually at their house 2-3 times a week). She finally emailed and explained she was mad at me about the election but realized she really needed my help with kids 🙄 Fast forward to 2015 and the release of Obergefell, I was celebrating and I never heard from her again. By then, the kids were old enough to manage but it was super sad because I had watched the 4 kids from the time they were all born. I showed up at her mother-in-law's wake a few years later. She apologized profusely and was surprised I came (I was there for the kids) and still haven't heard from her. Good news - I'm in contact with all the kids. I think they are all pretty conservative as well but leave open room for people with different views.

I really hope it was fraudacity about Sarah and the ex and that her daughter hopefully does know that’s her father because otherwise it would be extremely creepy to have some new random guy as mom’s “friend” hugging up on you the first time you meet. And it wouldn’t be fair to the daughter to have to keep a secret from Sean. The whole trying to have sex with Sean (swing) and hot tub thing seem like fraudacity. Sigh…

I like Sara's self perspective on herself and her situation, she's not an idiot...except to be with Sean. It's a hard spot to be in and I feel like she's handling it the best she can, knowing that she's "breaking her own rules", which speaks again to her self perspective that a lot of people on this show act like they don't have. At the same time, she owes Sean nothing with this kiddo, just the one they had together. I didn't hear her say anything to her daughter about keeping a secret or anything but maybe I missed it.

Mary Payne also interviewed Michael snd Justine on Pink Shade and I think she asked about money, or at least how he was able to buy that Mercedes from prison. I don’t fully remember the answer but it was fairly vague. Something along the lines of him working while he was away and saving up 🤷‍♀️

Also, the IRS requires you to pay taxes on that illegal income. And they are probably way more likely than other government entities to do anything about it. That’s why you see mob guys go to jail for tax evasion.

I think Blane may have not told Lyndsey about the house arrest option before he did because part of him feels emasculated when she “fixes” things for him. It seems like he’s trying to be more progressive in his relationships but still struggles with his gender norm conditioning
