Another fun Madonna fact: she very rarely hires anyone but gay black men for her team. My cousin (a white cis woman) is one of her costume designers and it was a miracle she got the job. Apparently it’s a well known fact in the industry that 95% of her team will always be gay black men. So….Mattie….let me know when you want my cousin to give you a backstage tour.

Baker here that has done MAAAAAANY weddings/rehearsal dinners. And the wedding planners range. Some wear branded shirts & some dress up for the rehearsal dinner. For wedding they are dressed up while their staff can range from uniforms, such as polos with they're company logo/name & slacks, to being dressed up as well.
