Uh oh…..I AM that temp! But I was part of the long term clinical staff- we had to take turns answering the phone while the front office was on lunch. I may have (or totally did) hang up on people wayyyy too often. And a slight scream here and there. I hated those phones!

I am cry laughing at your temp story! I work at a very large tech co. based here the PNW (which one👀) and every spring and summer we get overrun with interns. I’m a librarian and often get questions on how to use the library etc. This summer I had an intern follow me around and ask me a zillion questions - which was fine except he kept calling me “Bro” at the end of every sentence. You guys, I am a 47 year old woman. I wanted to laugh so hard, but I waited until he left. 😂
