Credit Karma is crazy My MLM will reward me cuz I am not lazy Oh 8 ball tell me my future with Stacy REPLY IS HAZY

Arden

Y’ALL DON’T WEAR A V NECK TO WEDDING IN A BARN 😂

Mackenzie Dunn

Y’all’s impact on my brain: I started saying “Dr. Downey’s daughters” when I saw the wedding venue, too. THRILLED and CACKLED when y’all said it 😂 if only Dr. Downey had given up her backyard for these weddings!!!

Arden

I take Milton’s “We need to get you some language lessons” as an affectionate inside joke kind of teasing. I think he really does adore Lydia and he shows his love by teasing.

Arden

Allegedly Renee had a boyfriend and allegedly Carter SA’d her in Mexico and it’s under investigation which is why they scrapped their lurv story.

Lois Molina
>>119781922

I think it was the mystery couple that the woman was SA’d, not Renee and Carter. She’s suing Netflix.

MicaS

After watching this episode I felt like I had OD’d on platitudes. Blech 🤮

MicaS

Dreah, Dr. Downey’s dawder’s wedding!!😂🥰💕💃💃❗️❗️🥳 yay 🙌

MicaS

I love when Poodle said Izzy was trying to be the best possible version of himself and left out who he actually was. DEEP!! And when I heard, “You hit me like a truck out of left field” I couldn’t wait to hear Poodle give her grief for mixed metaphors.

Jenn
>>119781922

I thought the same thing. Renee is out there sharing her side and the couple suing, we've never seen.

marytylermorgan

Izzy relates to the love story in Titanic because, like Jack Dawson, he too is a penniless lost boy who falls in love with a rich girl he’s known for .2 seconds and who gets unceremoniously dropped into the abyss at the end.

Laura Taylor

I think the reunion is tomorrow (10/15) but not live.

marytylermorgan

Is it confirmed Renee had a boyfriend? I thought she denied that but maybe I missed if there was more proof?

Cynth

What about the bridesmaid dresses?!? Of course Stacy’s were burnt sienna (her favorite bronzer color) & Lydia’s appeared to be royal blue… 🤔

Jaide

Wait, did y'all skip over Izzy's comment about Stacey being 33 and single??

Mina Friberg

Every time Milton says that Lydia needs to learn to speak English it makes my BLOOD BOIL! And I’m not even a WOC. Next time he says that she needs to slap his condescending ass

Michelle Martinez Logsdon

As a Latina, I’m offended that Izzy, a fellow Mexican living in Texas, loves Chipotle. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Patti

Houston has the best food and restaurants from all over the world (at all different price points). Saying Chipotle is your favorite is “not good”.

Val McCue

The audacity of Stacey stating ‘Love I$ Blind’ LOL 🤑 Pissy Izzy (good one, Mattie!) didn’t have a chance, and he read her at the end: she wants an older, wealthy husband so she can be kept, and be on…coming up: ‘The Real Housewives of Houston’.

Amber Atkins

Stacey is a Poodle. She likes them old bold and full of gold.

Amber Atkins

Leo does have a big 🍆Bobbie Brown said Tommy Lee would be jealous BUT he was a talker and she kicked him out before they could do the deed🤣 granted this was right after Basketball Diaries and Romeo and Juliet so hopefully he got better

Kristina

Return of Dr. Downy!! Loved it!! 🤣🤣

Kathleen wallace

Stuffed like a TurDucken. The abomination of three different fowl, one stuffed into another, much resembles the month of November and its relentless onslaught of content.

Jess
>>119797440

This!!! Like Milton how many languages do you speak?! Because it seems like Lydia is fluent in at least two.

Rose

No comment on Izzy’s disgusting misogyny? Him “RAILING” Johnie, at this point I’m thinking it’s just because she didn’t pine after him enough because that’s what he’s used to, (now) clearly just being a man baby fuckboy? Him LOVING seeing Stacy attack Johnie, seeing a woman humiliated? Him being rejected by Stacy (oh no, another woman who DARED to not throw herself at him and that bod he works so hard for) and then immediately attacking her AGE?? Attacking her taste and who she (probably) usually dates? Attacking her caring about things like financial responsibility, and honesty? Wow, what a bitch, no wonder she’s still unmarried amirite. Oh, and did anyone else notice he TWICE mentioned something about wanting to marry her and not caring about “looks”? Huh, that came out real fast after she dumped him, didn’t it? Izzy only likes women when they’re flattering his fragile ego. He’s a misogynist.

Rose
>>119796166

Lol I totally thought the same thing, oh Stacy picked her favorite eyeshadow/blush color for the bridesmaids. 😂

Jenn

When Stacy came down the aisle talking to people, I knew that she was saying no. She wasn’t taking it seriously and she seemed to be trying to loosen the atmosphere. So glad that they didn’t work out because it would have been a terrible marriage for both of them.

Laura Williams

Y'all Lydia said "understanded". In her vows . Hee hee

Ketchup Flynn

November is the “horn full of plenty” (cornucopia)

Abby Russell

Y’all I saw Johnnie!!!! She and I both shop at the same store in Houston Heights. She’s very sweet and shorter than she looks on the show. But she really was very sweet.

Val McCue
>>119797440

In Miami, we all - first gen Hispanics - speak like Lydia, 😝 Milton needs to get out of the calculus lab more often.

Andrea Sue
>>119806194

I immediately texted the group chat and said both Izzy and Stacy were so unserious I knew it wasn’t going to happen.

Cynth
>>119796166

Does anyone else think Lydia chose royal blue to spite Uche? She made sure to tell Aaliyah (& all of us watching) that she knew it was his favorite color… I’d call that a very bold move!

Ashley Updike
>>119797440

I wonder how many languages Milton is fluent in. It's always people who only fluent in one that is critical of others

Carey Addis

When you ask a straight man what their favorite food is they’re gonna say the restaurant they eat at the most. Women (and gay men) think in terms of quality. Straight Men think in terms of quantity. Doesn’t mean there isn’t food out there that he likes better. It just means he eats at Chipotle more often.

Kay Sys

When Milton showed up at his place to get changed he looked like a kid coming home from school with that backpack on his back.

Carey Addis
>>119829444

And when they were looking for a pen they all had the same backpack. Just like middle school

Lala B

some November ideas: buttered and brined; yammied; fowl played; bird-basted

I feel like a lot of people are being a bit unfair saying Stacy was focused only on money, and Izzy is certainly doing the absolute most to spin it that way. I really do think that she could have been fine if he'd been up front & she knew he had a plan to fix it. When she said to her mother that if he'd wanted to be honest, he would have told her sooner, that's the crux of it. It's the lie. They have designated days in the pods where they have to talk about specific topics, one of which is finances, so he absolutely had the opportunity to have that sit down conversation he says he wanted. And he did have that conversation...with Johnie, he told her about his financial situation in the pods, he actively chose not to do the same with Stacy. He's absolutely that gym bro but Poodle's right that he's the douche, the hookup trinket drawer is 100% who he is, and that's actually the moment that Stacy decided she was going to say no. And the weird obsession with how 'hot' it was to see Stacy 'take on' Johnie only solidified it. The lack of seriousness in the ceremony drove me nuts, and the way Stacy came down the aisle completely unserious sealed the deal for me that she was a no. Milton & Lydia have no business being married, there's no way that ends well. She's going to be mommying him the whole way. I don't trust the edit at all, especially after last season. They had us grabbing pitchforks over Kwame applying to be on a show based in a city he didn't live in, only for us to find out that others in were in the same boat. Micah & Brett didn't live in Seattle either, and it was never front & center in their arcs.

Laura Taylor
>>119792105

She did an interview with Kate Casey. The pod guy she chose basically cheated on her and it sounds like there were a lot of other reasons she chose to say no at the altar. It was a really enlightening interview!

Moy
>>119843762

I've missed Chipotle an awful lot living overseas. I make sure to have it every single time that I go back home and I'm not remotely ashamed of that.

Carey Addis
>>119806280

I noticed that too and was worried Milton would correct her in the middle of her vows.

TT

Low key, when yous Southerner say the words "pen" and "pin" we up here can't tell the difference.

Jamie Fontenot
>>119796166

I figured it was for University of Texas, people love doing that sort of thing here. Haha!

Jamie Fontenot

I really appreciated the engineer discussion during this episode. I just went on 2 dates with a software engineer and the way he sees the world is fascinating to me. I studied psychology and am very empathetic and cautious. He seems to approach relationships just as he would a work project.

Miranda R

As a powerlifter, you are 100% accurate on everything you've said about gym bros lol

ColeenSkygal0330

If I’m not mistaken, I think Netflix advertised the LIB reunion as being “Not Live.” Phew!

Christopher Rommel

I wonder if there was any pressure to say 'yes' to save the show. If they both said 'no' it would leave the season blah.

Val McCue
>>119866341

I think that’s the case, maybe they get a bonus if there’s a wedding. This last wedding won’t last but it’ll keep the Netflix cash cow alive.

Heather D.

“I guess this is happening.” What my life has felt like for the past two years 😂

Heather D.

You two are WONDERFUL!! Keeping up with the podcast was the only reason I kept watching this season. (And just my opinion: worst season by far.) KGQ ❤️

Jennifer Riester

If your partner's favorite food is Chipotle, they may also be Celiac in need of fast food 🤣

Emily

I definitely assumed that was Lydia's brother's partner!

Lesley Rogers
>>120002928

I wondered the same thing! Can’t wait to hear their take on it. I keep checking in to see if it’s been posted.

Mary Scheske

Started dating engineers in 2005 and never looked back 🤣 theyre WAY more interesting and I never have to watch football ever again

Christine Cadena

This is so classic for Texas dating and single life. Hated living in Texas. SO messy!

Bumbuu

I was hoping you guys would pick up on how many times this season Izzy mentions that Stacy is a hard nut to crack but sweet and tender on the inside including twice I think in this episode including his vows. It says a lot about his lack of imagination and rehearsing how to portray emotion.

Amy Diehl

I turned on Stacy when she started picking a fight w Izzy the night he was doing her bidding w Johnie. She totally made him feel like shit for no reason. She does seem like a snob!! She said no because she wants him to get out of debt first, I'm sure.
