I am always cautiously optimistic when my babies get sick BUT today is the first time in days Cooper has acted like himself ! I was a bit shocked because last night he had a pretty long muscle spasm and I was so bummed. Today though? He's had one, and it barely lasted a couple minutes. No whining, no shaking. Besides that, his personality is back. He's been really responsive and happy like normal, a couple days ago he was lethargic and just bleh.

We have a few more days of meds left and I"m eager to see how he progresses. I know we might not be totally out of the woods yet but this is such a bright spot that he's healing. I'm SO happy to see him enjoying existing in life again. Cooper is very expressive and has his own VERY strong personality so seeing him so sedate and clearly in pain was awful. At least now he's on the track to being 100% back in business.
