Honestly, same. Being between two friends who are fighting/disagreeing/whatever is not a happy place to be. But Evan *is* the one who was lied to (through omission), so he is the "hurt" party in the situation and his needs are the ones that should have top priority. That said... EVAN JUST LET POOR MARCUS EXPLAIN, DAMMIT!!

It's not taking the other person's side over you when it's upholding a reasonable boundary. It sucks when you want so bad to talk it out but pushing for your way into talking before the other person is ready just makes everything worse

Nah… Marcus, Andrew is as neutral as Switzerland. I get that you are upset, and think that he’s on Evan’s side but he is not. He is giving you both the time you need to be apart from each other to think things through. And even though the whole scholarship thing happened before Evan you still chose to hide it from him versus being up front.
