let's go to another page for the progression of the story, I was in doubt about drawing the blood on the hand, for now I'll leave it the way it is, but I believe I can change my mind

I think you should draw the blood on his hand. Either when he first breaks the glass as a few blood droplets flying out with the glass or in that first panel showing his hand in page 19 as small lines. Then here, when the glass is just sitting on his palms, it will be more clear that the cuts healed,
