I figured she'd still be a videogame cuz, other than the huge tits, she looks exactly like a default inkling in splatoon 2.

Nah, Agent 4 looks different as well via shorter hair. Charlie looked liked the inkling girl from the first game, but with big tits, glasses and being a nonchalant slut who's the streets.
