More drawings from our boy's past. He was probably running around with his best friend.

This started out as a study and I got carried away. I'm still looking for the perfect style for the comic, and this might as well be another test! Let me know what you think ;)

(also, I'm thinking about signing my work with my own name, but I still don't know, meh)

Have a great weekend, guys!

Looks fantastic! Great Job!

Steban looks so cheeky and cute! I do like what you are doing with the outlines on Steban, they are solid, but not too over done. Yes I like it, and the signature rocks!

You have a good name, but you're well known as Skailla so it's hard to say. It'd be interesting to see the old style done of the same scene so you can compare it. Great background and art. 😊

I think it's a very styled piece. It's as if it draws from more traditional cell animated works. I would say if you going for the cell animated look, than it would be a pretty neat look for the comic, especially when looking at the amount of color that is being used to further demonstrate the theme of that image. As with your signature, it usually falls under preference... I've bounced through so many accounts that changing my signature all the time got exhausting, so I just go by my name when I sign my pictures from this point on.

Further feedback is this style Steban does look like a cell animation put on a background, might be because of the background being blurry, he seems to be in front of everything, even the log he's running down. Your art looks fantastic as always, but I'd have to see more scenes done in this style before I could tell if I preferred it over your usual style. I wish I had the free time and motivation to do full artworks like this as just a test. When I get time to draw it's usually a main artwork or page. I love your patreon content, it's soo good!
