It's that day again - yes, IT'S PAGE DAY!

Poor Holly... Edgar's gone and she's left with little to no answers. Faye is unwilling to give up, though. But Lester knows just how hopeless these disappearances usually are.

Something that this really reminds me of now that I think of it is Stranger Things 😲 Characters disappearing like this, its really quite the mystery as to where they're winding up, but hopfully they arent dead and can be found 😱🥺 I really loved Edgar, sad to see that this happened to him, I fear who could be next. These pages are getting better and better, I have so much on my mind to describe my thoughts of them but not enough words! All I can say is, im blessed to be reading this far and for discovering the community here that shares my same passion for your talented story writing and character art! Keep being awesome 💖💖

Someone just give Sam and Holly a hug 😭. The range of reactions here is pretty well handled, thought it’s hard to blame Lester and Sam for their reactions. Considering the former’s already “failed” to recover any missing citizens and the latter’s now lost his entire family, it’s hard not to understand the hopelessness of the situation, though it’s nice to see Faye so intent on solving the case. Awesome page Skailla 👍!

Does anyone else wonder where all the dogs that creature catches end up? It's a total mystery. And that rock split in half with the compass symbol is seems to mean something. Steban and Martin have a lot of adventure ahead of them

I'm so curious as to where Edgar and all the other missing dogs have gone 🤔 I hope they're alright This is quite a mystery to unravel, and it looks like Faye and Lester are really in over their heads here. How do you even begin to tackle something like this when the realization sets in that you're dealing with unknown supernatural forces? What does Baltazar know about this? Clearly he knows something the other dogs don't. This is really driving my curiosity to know how the motives and arcs of all these characters are going to converge, what will be revealed, and how this all ends! There are so many questions that start flashing through my mind as I look at this page, and consider everything we know about the plot and characters so far. I really wanna see what what's gonna happen when Steban and Martin finally find the compass, and how that's gonna drive the story. There is so much here to hook the reader's interest! So much complexity and depth and so many possibilities for the mind to chew on! There's so much I wanna say about this, but I'm not really sure how to put it into words. This is almost starting to drive me crazy, knowing that I have to wait an entire week for the next page - or at least until Monday 😅 Another beautifully done page! Edgar's flower bouquet still lying on the pier is such a bittersweet touch. It really makes me feel so bad for him and Holly that they've been separated like this. Such a cruel injustice 😔 This is the kind of thing that gives me an emotional stake in seeing everything in this story put right. Thank you for sharing Skailla, have a great weekend!

Oh, you can see the fear and realization in Holly’s eyes so well! I wonder if it’s just the anxiety to find him that her expression makes clear, or if she’s extremely anxious to find him now that she realized what he was going to ask her. Faye’s too, you can sense how agitated and confused she is. This has to be one of my favorite pages! And it also looks like one of my fears are true- no one’s taking heed to Sam’s warnings. And Holly’s just angry at him…oh, if only she’d known what he just went through! And it looks like Lester’s losing hope, too. I wonder if he’s about to call it off, and Faye will pop off at him… Ah, it always amazes me how incredible and well drawn these pages are! Keep up the good work!

Poor Holly you can see the look of fear and desperation to find out what happened to Edgar. Looks like Sheriff Lester and Faye will have a tough case to unravel on this one here. Can definitely feel Sam seeing his son disappear all of a sudden right behind him and knowing what might happen next. Really would want to give Holly and Sam a hug. I wonder if Lester and Faye knew what might have happened as she said that this can’t be happening again. Another great and interesting page Skailla. Hope you have a lovely weekend and week ☺️

Sam knows it’s hopeless so that’s why he didn’t even bother trying to look for his son this is not the first time he’s lost someone
