Big SLAM! Steban moved quickly, and Martin is certainly glad he did! I'm glad the boys finally have a moment of safety to put themselves back together and make their final escape!

Awesome action in this page, and a very good save there by Steban! Lucky beagle. They're not out of the woods yet though, now they've gotta deal with Hank, and boy he looks mad! And wow, the lighting and colors in that canyon! What a dramatic looking scene! This is great Skailla!

Nice save Steban! Martin was a sitting duck back there! But let’s hope that bruise doesn’t turn into a concussion…. Hank looks furious over there. After all, he just lost two of his gang mates. As for the other two, where did Adder and Viper go? I wonder if they got lost in the canyon. I can see why he’s called the Deathstalker. He sneaks up behind his prey and strikes, quiet as a mouse. If Steb and Marty escape, I’m sure they’ll be hunted down. If (actually probably WHEN) Hank catches Steban, Steban’s gonna have to fight the hardest he’s ever had in his life. Beautiful page as always, Skailla! Love the expressions on the characters, as well as the dynamic poses.

Wow Steban to the rescue nice and quick move lucky Martin. Looks like they are indeed not out of trouble yet Esther and Rat should be the least of their worries. Looks like they both will sure feel sore when they wake up from their fall. Boy does Hank look mad I don’t think he will go easy on them. Another awesome page Skailla ☺️

I was NOT expecting that from Steban. That boy put his size and strength to good use! You know, he may look weak in bar fights and stuff, but when his friends are in danger… Also, poor Esther! I know she’s a scorpion, but even then she was just following orders, and she ended up getting her head bashed in on a rock! I’m not making any assumptions, but her just lying there motionless doesn’t give me any good signs. What would our boys do if they found out they had killed somebody? And poor Rat, too, do Steban and Martin know what power they have?! And they better watch out for Hank, too! My, how furious he looks! Must be thinking, ‘I thought they (referring to the scorpions) were smarter than this! Oh well, guess I’ll have to do the job myself…’ He’s really putting his namesake to use, stalking up on them like that. Sort of like that cougar a few pages back…maybe it was a foreshadowing? Makes me wonder how a dog that big and strong could be that sneaky and quiet! Like a powerful and dangerous scorpion stalking from just behind you. Also, if all of the (Currently present) scorpions have their paws full chasing the boys, who’s guarding Kory? Who’s willing to bet that he got loose and ran back to his pack, and in a few pages they’ll be there to give the scorpions a taste of their own medicine? Oh, now that’s a something I’d like to see! Steban and Martin running full speed out of the canyon into a mostly flat desert-like area, except there’s a huge rock formation a little ways ahead of them. The scorpions are hot on their tails, but suddenly coyotes start to emerge, growling, from around the rock formation, as our boys skid to a stop. The scorpions, one by one, all look up, also skidding to a stop, the brutal-natured trance from the chase broken, to see the Bull King appear at the very top of the rocks. Oh, this story could branch off in so many different directions, how I love No North! AMAZING page!
