Well that TV interview was in 2009, so we still don't know how long their relationship lasted. But yes, it was very obvious that Yi-Jin isn't the dad, different surnames, her not knowing who he was. Although I've seen plenty of people (reactors, comments, videos posted before ep 14-16) who really believed Yi-Jin to be the dad.
