Meinster

- About Gilgamesh, well typically we can say that he's weaker than his younger form(Archer-servant) due to Gilgamesh has given most the polearm, sword and etc in his treasury and use them as a bullet for the cannon at the frontline of the war zone to clear the large number of demonic beast, all Gilgamesh has left was mostly a either staff or cane and other that can't be use effectively as projectile and some polearm weapon probably just in case i guess. - Actual Ishtar's personality from what i've seen fate write her without being summoned as pseudo-servant she's cruel, sadistic and has less sympathy than IshtaRin(i'll called Ishtar that appear in Babylonia as IshtaRIn cause why not?), she's too proud of herself(i think arrogant is more accurate lmao) she's basically totally bitch, like Gilgamesh archer but female version i guess lmao, and actual Ishtar is be able to uses her authority more effective than IshtaRin can, since IshtaRin could only uses it like akin of curse and not what it should be, as being the goddess of beauty, love, fertility and stuff Ishtar can use her charm on magical and inanimate objects and even the laws of physics, she once use this against missiles that were launches at her and those missiles got charm and immediately shut-down even the gunpower can't ignite lol
