Timeline wise this show is happening in 2003 just under a year before the Fate/stay night 2004 grail war. The early days of cellphones and the internets interactions with magecraft. Fate/strange Fake is in 2009 so this is before Flat's grail war as well

FYI, The "PC guy" is Caules from Apocrypha, the master with Frankenstein and the blonde mage Luviagelita Edelfelt, is the same mage that Rin Tohsaka fights at the very end of UBW, when they're in London. Nothing important, just to point it out if you didn't notice!
