3 Things. First, that is indeed the Kayneth's Mercury ball Volumnen Hydrargyrum repurposed into a maid called Trimmau. Second, I know you said you were recording ahead last time and read my previous comment already but to make sure the timeline is clear this is the Fate/stay night timeline so this Shishigo never met Mordred. Finally, "Whodunnit, Howdunnit, and Whydunnit" are the big three classical mystery novel genres and they are really spelled like that, as they were explaining when magic and magecraft are involved the who and the how are virtually impossible to pin which leaves the why.

Yo, just to add onto how important fairies/fae are in the Nasuverse. This is important lore to, probably keep in the back of you're brain, no need to have it on always but just there. Fairies and Fae in the Nasuverse have a power range that spans from very weak to incredibly strong, with some top-tier fairies reaching power levels that can rival or even surpass high-tier Servants like Artoria Pendragon (Saber) and potentially even Gilgamesh in certain contexts. Their power is typically tied to their connection to nature and mystery, which accumulates over time. Power Tiers Compared to Recognized Characters • Weakest Fae: The lowest tier includes minor familiars and "human-eating fairies" who are very small (around 20-30 centimeters) and pose little threat to even average mages or low-tier Servants. They are significantly weaker than characters like Ritsuka Fujimaru (who is a normal human but a skilled Master) or Mash Kyrielight. • Average Fae: Most average Fae are a "very low tier transcendent entities" or spiritual species. Their abilities can vary, but generally, they are below the power of most standard Servants in direct combat, though their inherent "mystery" can give them unique advantages or hax abilities that make them tricky opponents. • Powerful Fae: High-ranking and ancient Fae (like certain Lostbelt Fae or True Ancestors, who are a type of spirit/spiritual species) are in a different league entirely. ○ Fairy Knights: Characters like the Fairy Knights in Fate/Grand Order (e.g., Melusine, Barghest, Baobhan Sith) are generally on par with or slightly weaker than the original Knights of the Round Table. Melusine, for instance, is a powerful dragon embodiment who can contend with top-tier Servants. (Fgo game lore, no anime showcasing) ○ Top-Tier Fae: At their peak, the strongest Fae or related spiritual beings can reach the power of top-tier threats in the Nasuverse, such as Beasts, Divine Spirits, and Types. These entities operate on a planetary scale and possess reality-warping abilities or immense destructive power (e.g., capable of destroying the present by destroying the past, or firing nuke-like magical energy blasts). ○ Vs. Gilgamesh/Artoria: While characters like Artoria and Gilgamesh are among the strongest Servants in the main timeline, there are beings in the Fae/spirit hierarchy that surpass them in raw power or conceptual abilities if they are allowed to go all out. A full-power Gilgamesh with Ea is a near-universal threat, but even he doesn't compare to the ultimate beings like the Types <-(keep this word in mind, it's a type of entities that is already a catastrophe), which some high-tier Fae/spirits border on in power. So, the power of the Fae/fairies in the Nasuverse is highly variable, ranging from insignificant background elements to god-like entities that are some of the strongest beings in the setting, exceeding the power of most standard Servants.

Oh yeah I don't know if anyone told you why Bazett never showed up in any of the Fate/Stay Night routes. But basically she was supposed to be Lancer's (Cú Chulainn) master but Kotomine Kirei murdered her when her guard was down (In one of the most brutal ways I might add.). And then he stole the catalyst and summoned Lancer for him. So yeah as far as I know Bazett is unfortunately dead in this timeline as far as I know. I never played Fate hollow ataraxia so I don't know what happened to her after the events of FSN.
