Tsukihime is lowkey, in the OG and remake a horror genre dawg, I can't even express how terrifying it is, especially the OG visual novel game. Another fun fact: The OG Tsukihime visual Novel sparked off a lot of inspiration for other mediums on anime. For example what inspired many anime works because of Tsukihime. 1. Higarashi When They Cry. The creator, Ryukishi07, has openly stated that playing Tsukihime changed his life and inspired him to write visual novels. He credits the "sound novels" of Type-Moon as the direct inspiration for the When They Cry series. 2. Tokyo Ghoul. The author, Sui Ishida, is a massive Type-Moon fan. While Tokyo Ghoul is its own beast, fans frequently cite Tsukihime as a spiritual ancestor due to the similar themes: a protagonist thrust into a hidden world of flesh-eating monsters that blend into human society, struggling with the urge to eat/kill, and the organization of hunters (CCG vs. The Church/Burial Agency). 3. Surprised!!! Doki Doki Literature Club: The creator, Dan Salvato, has cited Tsukihime as his favorite visual novel and a key inspiration for his work.

Wait! Don't skip the previews Rob. They aren't actually previews at all, they're different, even if it's short.

Another fun fact, Rin's horrible with modernized technology, it's her blight.

@ 21:40 What Shiki said, "Yeah, she's a True Ancestor" is the the highest beings on a higher rankings in the Nasuverse, not all of them are strong but most of them are, including the Dead Apostles. Which derived from the True Ancestors as servants or turned to bloodsuckers/vampires. Not normal vampires mind you, an extreme vampires to hard counter humans & humanity, they're very hard and dangerous to kill, you've definitely got to sacrifice a few thousand folks or more to get the job done. I'd recommend watching two videos of Tsiah IV's Dead Apostles videos. You've got to know more of the Nasuverse's worldbuilding on a multiverses timeslines. I'd recommend the top 15/more important mages in the Nasuverse that Tsiah has. Since you're starting El Meloi. You won't have enough context on other character backgrounds. Also, I've been waiting for Sasaki Kojiro's don't sleep vid too, be looking out for it. I need to watch you're Babylon and GoS reactions. Been busy for holidays and work.

Tsukihime’s visual novel is so good. It’s funny to think that I entered the Fate universe after reading it when I was a kid. Both the original version and the remake are amazing. I know that, since they are visual novels, it’s very unlikely for a casual audience to read them. The remake changed several things, made it a bit more “family-friendly,” and removed some routes that will be released later in Part 2 but I just can't help myself to recommend them to anyone haha
