This is one of my favorite arcs in Monogatari. I particularly love the oddity showing her all the chopped up and crucified snakes and Nadeko says "I didn't kill that many!" and the oddity is like "Okay, more like this many?" and only removes a few of the carcasses. Basically forcing her to accept the extent of her carnage. I think Nadeko saying she would have agreed even if she knew exactly how it would end isn't a matter of fate so much as she's just that weak to pressure.
