As for Cut content Subaru did get the Greed Authority but right now its not doing anything and Subaru can't activate it yet.

Emilia did tried to touched all the black stones and failed, or she thought it was a good idea and she felt embarrassed because of what Subaru said. Shaula usually would be fighting to the death to stop someone from entering the Tower so the answer to the first trial would need to be something that can be answered without asking Shaula because usually Shaula would be dead from the challengers. Subaru's Name is a Star Name so Subaru became curious about the meaning of his name and decided to lookup/research Astronomy and now he knows a lot of trivia knowledge from his time of his research. So Star Knowledge is somewhat personal for him.

Easy to forget, but it was said before that Witch Factors take a different "shape" for each person who would have them. Unseen Hands is the weird one for being nearly identical. Flugel was who Petelguese yelled for forgiveness from as he exposed the Witch Factor to his chest during the fight with RegulASS and Pandora.

She couldn't smell him from thousands of meters away. In fact, left out of the anime, she couldn't really tell one person from another, other than by size. So, two people with hair, two eyes, and the same height would basically be indistinguishable for her, according to her. I feel a bit insane for feeling compelled to acknowledge this, but that was all covered over a few minutes just moments before this scene. Everyone has off days, so....that?
