So as a Fun Cut Content fact but Gluttony Combine Subaru's Stolen Knowledge with Emilia's Icebrand Arts to create Fantasy Weapons like Excalibur and Modern Weapons like a Pile Bunker to mess around with them.

From my Understanding its kinda like the Gluttonies are 3 storage containers for the memories they ate, they can chose to share the memories they eaten but until they share it with the others the memories are their own. The Brothers or at least Lye does seem to share memories with Rui which is why Rui had Rem memories. I could be wrong though this is just what I think Gluttony works

It was his deep yearning to protect and reunite with his friends that allowed the Authority to take on such a form. Rem(?) helped it awaken and activate.

27:30 Actually, I've come across the idea that it is Satella who shows up here in the Tower because her body is sealed close by, and it was the Witch of Envy who showed up at the Sanctuary because of the distance from her body. I haven't dug into working that all out, but we do know that Satella and the Witch of Envy are two different forms of the same girl, with so very different behaviors.
