26:00 He was the researcher that hired Item to stop Misaka in Railgun S. You're not supposed to fully understand the scene with Saten in the abandoned facility. But you got the jist of it. Member was hired under false pretenses, and the Aztec girl decided to stop working for them when she figured that out. Btw when they say her powers are like nothing in academy city, that's because she's from the magic side!

16:43 Yes, the girl knows Saten from one of the side stories that wasn’t adapted to an anime format

I have always been into the occult, alien crazy shite, and conspiracy stuff. Back when I worked third shift at a Valero long ago, I'd lock up the store and do my paperwork in my car while listening to 1200 WOAI, an a.m. station that always had stories of "Yeah, I was abducted by spacemen," "There's a bigfoot in the woods behind my farm," and "Here's why I know that we ARE the Matrix and why it's a good thing!" I LOVED those special moments. Then, stocking a grocery store later, I got really into podcasts about that stuff, and right around Covid time. So, I'd hear everything from Covid being a government op to why real British sorcery faded away to how being able to "suneat"- survive without food due to absorbing the first and last rays of the sun each day, can a way of life. So darn fun!
