Uzumaki Khan

ok guys now we know how rem's name and memories were forgotten, it was because of other archbishop, but how did emila forget rem's name when the incident that happened with rem happened after emila says who's rem. It might be something so simple that went over my head, but yh if someone can explain that. Love guys xD

Season2 begins yo you so lucky we had to wait years for this it was like attack on titan season 1-2 4 year gap but greatness to come can’t wait

Negrinator

this is me just guessing because i genuinly dont remember, but im guessing the attack happened just before if not the same time as the conversation in the wagon, they just show it after

kousei

the attack happened before, they were just showing what had already happened

Uzumaki Khan

Ahh ok I had a feeling it was something simple lol. Love fam

I first watched Re:Zero in 2016 and even thought I loved the story I never got to watch season 2.... NOW IS THE TIME TO EXPERIENCE PEAK

kousei

Btw, this isn’t really a spoiler, but at 11:24 - 11:25 , when Gluttony devours Rem, we see a frame of adult Rem holding a baby, and there’s another frame showing Subaru too with his son. That comes from a Re:Zero "WHAT IF" story where Rem and Subaru decide to run away together and start a family. Remember when Rem confessed her love to Subaru but he said he loved Emilia? This "what if" route shows what would have happened if they had run away instead of trying to fight de whale and the witch cult again . we see a few images of that possible future right after Rem is devoured. cool little detail that most anime-only fans miss

Gary

There's a couple of images that quickly flash by when Gluttony eats Rem's name/memories that Khan missed. It's a nice little bit of salt on the wound :D

Lilipat

I want Emilia to pat me like how she pats Subaru in the thumbnail 🥵🥵🥵

Randome ❤️ for Yaiba Samurai Legend Remake.

M Till

Rem's carriage is attacked some time just before Subaru tells Emilia about her. It's only shown after Emilia forgets her for narrative impact.
