You know other than my top 3 favourite animes, i can honestly say nothing i enjoyed more as a series than fairy tail, obviously im far from completing this anime, but i feel like with any other anime i would of said what i truly feel, but because its fairy tail for some stupid reason i feel like I'm restricted, maybe its because of the years of hate it got or something, i cant put my finger on it, but these 2 episodes were the definition of greatness man. I love this series

Don't forget Khan that you love OP the most, and OP is not finished yet, so I don't think it's wrong to say you love an anime so much before it's finished, and of course, we are allowed to change our mind of OP once it's finished, but for now, OP it's the best anime to you and to me.

I don't mean to instigate beef but I found 118 to be bad. I enjoyed the arc up until this episode. How many times have we seen Natsu eat someone else's magic and get a powerup beating the main bad guy? It's kinda lame and predictable. Laxus made an epic comeback and didn't even do anything other than giving his magic to Natsu. Literally showed up to give my man a powerup lmao. He can eat anything and just get powered up mixing fire with thunder or whatever there's no limit. Where is the creativity and logic in that? The flashbacks try make you emotional and cloud judgment on how bs this is. Don't even get me started on nakama speeches that suddenly give characters hidden powers they never had. Like if I was fighting Mike Tyson and thought of my friends during the fight, he would still beat my ass. It's not very realistic compared to other anime which have deaths for example. Maybe FT is not for me it's not very enjoyable. Fights have no tactics, no strategies. Just vibes. Reminds me of Ole ball at man united.

damn kinda like tanjiro when he has a flashback of his family/other emotional stuff every fight that always gives him strength to fight and survive when clearly he should be taken out/killed, no need to have an aneurysm over stuff like this

Na its cool imo I feel like he is just sharing his opinion tbh, but actually idk if Khan wants his comment section to have criticism like that on the content. But those are fair points on why many people say FT falls off after Oracion Seis. Personally i love FT cos u gotta keep in mind. This isnt a particular anime made to be logical and realistic since its a shonen tho. its for hypes vibes and feels and they deliver.

Fairy Tail Zero is adapted in Fairy Tail 2014 (season 2), he will watch it as he progresses through the episodes normally

I didn't mean to come across negative sorry if I did. I just don't see how the story is good based on just feels. Story is also about the plot making sense but in FT characters randomly show up or find convenient ways to beat the villains without much effort. I love feels as well but the writing has to make sense as well and not feel repetitive. Mangaka couldn't think of another way to make Natsu strong enough to beat the villain so he just introduced Laxus to give him his magic.

So inosuke got banged off guard but PLOT said he can move his organs in that time ???? but for you probably it was logic in every way. Fairy tail has always been one of my top, most fav animes bc of the feels but I dont like to tell people bc of the amount of hate it gets. I wouldnt say I'm embarrassed that I love fairy tail, I'll happily tell people if they ask but it always feels like I'm setting up ft to get hated on if I enter a convo where people are discussing their fav animes and I say ft. It's just not nice to hear something you love get shitted on constantly and so openly so I just keep it to myself tbh to avoid the beef and drama

correct me if im wrong but we've only seen natsu eat someone else's magic to defeat the bad guy once right? When jellal gave him the flame of rebuke in oracion seis arc? He eats etherion lacrima in the tower of heaven to defeat jellal but that's not the same as someone giving him their magic to consume and defeat the bad guy. I can't think of the same thing happening multiple times so idk why you're saying it like it happens constantly? Unless I'm forgetting something idk.

Also "laxus showing up and giving natsu a power up" is supposed to show his character development. Laxus showing up at all says a lot bc last time fairy tail was in trouble and literally begging him to come help, he ignored them and laughed about it. This shows how he's had a change of heart and genuinely cares about the guild now. I also wouldnt say he showed up and did nothing, bc he managed to consistently land blows on hades which is impressive when FIVE other members were basically not able to get a single scratch on him. Idk if you were disappointed bc you expected laxus to defeat hades? But he's not that much of a weak opponent to get taken out by laxus like that. Him handing the fight over to natsu means a lot when previously he only cared about himself and being the strongest, here he chooses to let revenge be given by the guild rather than himself bc its more meaningful. The flashbacks were deffo not to "cover the bs", they show how far he's come and how much he's changed. You just seem like you hate that this is an emotionally driven story and not super technical and realistic. There are plenty of other animes that take this approach, ft has never been one of them and it was always clear about its power system from the start idk how you got 100+ episodes in when it bothers you so much.

Yeah everyone can have their opinion, for myself i really love Fairy Tail, but like the comment above said when People want to change your opinion or constantly shit on it, it kinda is annoying, everyone can like or dislike what the want. I never understand how People began to hate Fairy Tail so much, to each their own, but they should let People enjoy it.

Sami You do know that you can have a story that is both emotionally driven and also takes its time to explain the technical side of things that goes beyond saving nakama? They are not mutually exclusive. A lot of anime do both like One Piece. No anime is perfect but they do a better job than FT. You can say all that about Laxus character development which is good but it doesn't excuse the fact that Hiro Mashima brought him up to hand Natsu a W out of nowhere and it did not make sense anyway since Natsu's eating ability knows no bounds. Nothings explained and it allows for asspulls. Also Laxus landing blows was all filler

I understand that but imo the power system makes sense and natsu being able to eat different kinds of magic have explanations that I wont get into bc of spoilers. We can agree to disagree and I respect that you felt disappointed by that episode, I just did not feel that way about it at all. It is what it is

I agree with you khan! Op is my #1 Naruto, Fairy Tail, Demon Slayer, and Fate all float around as my next favorites. Unfortunately I've recieved hate for saying FT is one of my top but idc. The tears I've shed throughout Fairy Tail is unmatched!

that's not the reason why people dislike FT, I dont want to go into spoilers so I won't say but literally watch any videos on youtube on why people hate FT. There are lots of genuine complaints and issues later in the series that make it a bad show. that's not to say there is anything wrong with enjoying FT.

Yoo Khan i just seen your spoiler video on YT...Tbh at this rate just read the manga and get rid of all these restrictions that at the end of the day wont protect 100% anyways. I've seen the complaints and while everyone's opinion is valid and I agree with some, it still isn't as terrible, in my opinion, as it is made out to be. Sure it gets a little whacky at the end but FT is whacky af lmao. The two arcs that follow the arc after Tenrou are some of my favorite arcs and theyre arguably some of people's least favorite 🤷🏽 all a matter of perspective.
