bro manga is the only way to have fun, the one piece anime isn't what oda wanted, I think he's being held at gun point in order for them to make the anime, he would never want his works to be animated plus if you read the manga you don't ever have to wait weekly and 100% won't ever get spoiled

No, the manga is coming back but only with 10 chapters. It's confirmed that there are gonna be 4 chapters at least by Togashi himself on twitter, but it is thought that it will be 10 chapters ( Source: Nibel Tweet). It's confirmed that it is Togashi's account by other big Mangakas. The anime is far from returning, the manga however has high chance of continuing regularly, because Togashi creating a twitter account just now makes me think he is ready to document and update his fans of upcoming chapters over a long period of time!
