Nope, studio just dont give attention to Black Clover, same people do Boruto and they tryhard to make it 10/10 while they do black clover inaccurate and budgetary and thats sad... Just watch scene where asta wins his pvp one the magic knight exam in 0.25 when he is swinging sword and look at his head... then compare to boruto...

The Boruto anime has it's own separate team and is often out sourced to other studios for help, and budget does not typically determine how an episode will look time does, the Boruto anime has a longer time period to work on manga content because of the anime canon and filler episodes, Black Clover only has the manga to pull from which is why the anime got really close to the manga which gave them less time to create episodes leading to lackluster animation later on. At one point the manga was only 5 months ahead which is why a filler arc came in-between.
