October is breast cancer awareness month and in honor of this I will teach you how to do a self breast exam to check for lumps and abnormalities of the breast and what to look for in courtesy and a special thank you to breastcancer.org This video also will teach you how to relieve an engorged breast, the proper technique I use for hand expression to maintain milk supply , and a lot of other wonderful educational benefits for mommies.
