See it here first before I release it on my YouTube channel! Please read the description of the video for the educational details. This song I wrote to help kids learn to keep their hands to themselves at school during a conflict in order to avoid physical violence.

I’ll be posting more content tomorrow for all tiers. Thank you to the generous people who help me support my family by joining one of my tiers here and learning from me! I love you all.

Silly Song I wrote to help my kids learn a valuable lesson!

This is a silly jingle I wrote to teach my kids in a fun way how to refrain from physical fighting even when provoked. Making a “mad face and funny voice” on the part that says “even when you’re so mad” gets a laugh from my kids every time! silly singing teaches an easy to remember song to keep their hands to themselves and avoid physical confrontations even if they are “so mad” explaining how it’s better NoT to resort to any type of violence and to use their words or get the help of a trusted adult if they’re dealing with any verbal bullying. Feel free to use this for your kids too! It’s important to talk to your child about bullying. Schools teach kis not to “tattle tale” but also not to bully and give children a very confusing lesson in how to handle bullying. If a child is taught not to tattle tell they might decide to take matters into their own hands, feeling that they cannot come to a trusted adult. It is important to teach our children the difference between being a “tattletale” and reporting someone for bullying and what the difference is. I recently had to explain to my children (because the school gave my child mixed messages and MY child got in trouble for sticking up for herself when she was told “not to tattletale” so to stop a bully she took matters into her own hands litterally!) That it is never being a tattletale when you get an adult to stop someone from calling people names belittling people stealing being mean to people or hitting people etc. tattle telling can be described as if someone is tapping a pencil next to you and its annoying or telling on someone for picking their nose etc but when people are being mean putting someone down calling names or hurting someone it is necessary to tell an adult or a parent asap. I was so proud my daughter stuck up for herself and defended herself but I had to be the one to fix the schools mistakes and teach her non-physical ways to handle her problems by alerting me or a trusted adult about the bullying. How is a young child to know the difference unless the schools actually take the time to explain the difference?! I found a fun way that I wanted to share with you to encourage my children to keep their hands out of an argument even when they’re feeling angry and to always try and redirect instead of physically escalate a dispute. (I will always encourage my daughters to defend themselves from bullying but teach to try everything else before ever using physical self defense unless absolutely necessary to evade harm from another.) I hope that this song gives you a laugh and you’re able to share it with your own family.
