New Add-on To Customize the Background Image (Patreon)

I was originally going to early release this on here, but there were a lot of people asking and a few other's making similar add-ons so I decided to go ahead and release it.  I'm planning on making some updates in the future, however, that you can all beta test if you'd like. These include adding the ability to change the background colors and making the background show up in the reviewer.
