Custom Background add-on beta3 (Patreon)

UPDATE: accidentally uploaded the wrong add-on. It is now correct.

This has been a while in the making and I intended to make further updates, but have not had time during my clinical year so I am sharing it now. My intention is to make this public as soon as we're comfortable there aren't any serious issues so please email me at ankingmed@gmail.com if you find an issue.

Updates made: 

• The settings menu is now in the "View" tab and not in the config
• The config has a new dialog
• When changing the config values, the changes will be reflected immediately 

I have had many questions about .gif support and this version has been successfully tested with gifs.

One issue I have had reported multiple times is a white screen flashing when switching to the deck viewer or between cards. If that is the case, you need to try a smaller file size image for the background.
