1. How would you like another mini tour around the world with food from different cuisines OR maybe a Mediterranean buffet ORChinese Spring Buffet? 2. What are your thoughts ideas and recipe suggestions for the above themes? 3. What comes to your mind when you think of May? I will also be working on the cheese maker in the meantime. I will require some time for it as I have a good amount of different cheeses planned for it.I will think of more stuff. This is just preliminary brainstorming.I am leaning towards the Mediterranean buffet theme at the moment.May change it though

A Mediterranean buffet sounds good. I looked up some recipes and here are some that stood out, that would be great to have in the game. I got them from a website to which I can share the link if you want. Different kinds of gyros or shawarmas 1) a mixed kebab platter 2) falafel and pita plate 3) Lagmen soup 4) Spanakopita egg muffins for a breakfast item 5) Loukoumades for dessert ( it's doughnuts with honey)

I'm happy with whatever Icy's culties go with. We're a dedicated bunch to our divine creator lol edit: would it be possible to add a single toddler/infant food and drink for each of these recipies? I love the diversity of foods available (as I'm a organic gardening/chef/foodie junkie irl). But my poor infant/toddler simmes can't experience infant/toddler versions of the grown up recipes when their parents take them on vacation. e.g. Sims could process a Mediterranean olive and cheese recipe in the mill as an olive-cheese baby food jar meal (similar to Gerber baby food?) idk :p

Paskha cheesecake, Kulich bread mainly but also, Oreshki walnut cookies, Dyed/decorated boiled eggs. A table full of these always reminds me of spring and beautiful abundance in celebration post lent!

Yeah that's great ideas. But if she's up to it, Ice would need to know which Mediterranean/other regional foods are the most popular for ppl. So she'd probably need to do a couple polls. So she could have a methodical way of selecting what foods/drinks to create. Like Poll #1 could be Carribean recipes released to date/future releases. Have ppl vote and take the most popular food/drink pair from that. Poll #2 could be Mediterranean. Pol #3 French cuisine etc. etc.

I think we maybe have enough Chinese food. Mediterranean is more large: French Cassoulet (Duck is my favourite meat), Couscous, Moussaka, so much different Mezes and Tapas, many recipes with octopus, etc.

Something to maybe consider as an idea: mangu dish is Dominican dish consisting of boiled and mashed green plantains served with eggs, cheese, and sausage, and topped with pickled red onion. Another cool thing would be ropa vieja, a Cuban dish mix of shredded beef and tomato sauce served with black beans, white rice and fried plantains. Also cuban ham and potato croquettes !! :) Also it’d be cool to see variations of Cuban mojitos such as pineapple mojito, strawberry mojito, peach mojito etc

Why not make it kind of a combo. Each month focus on a specific region? Like in the Mediterranean buffet theme, there are many cultures that you could pull from that are considered "Mediterranean". And instead of "Chinese" buffet, make it an "South-eastern Asian" buffet. if you do areas in your themes, we get the best of both worlds. As far as my vote, I say do what makes you happy because if you ever get unhappy, you'll stop making mods, and we'll be sad. Lol

Mediterranean Buffet pleeeeeease. There are so many regional cuisine options to explore - key ingredients could be a focus like the olive that's native to the Mediterranean basin andcan be found in foods from Turkey to North Africa and Portugal to Greece. A quick lookup and there are about 9 well-established and recognized 'culinary regions' of the Med. I would be thrilled to see some well-known favorites and new, unfamiliar dishes.

When I think of May, I think of picnic and street festival foods. Lots of finger foods and things served on a stick. As far as international foods, I would love to see South and Central American cuisine.

Love the ideas!! Can I add something? I know this is maybe unorthodox to put here, and I'm not trying to take away, but I have been looking for New England style foods- Fried Clams, Clambake, Clam Chowdah (the EA version sucks!), Boston Cream Pie, Apple Cider, maybe a Dunkin Donuts donuts/coffee set? I have been looking everywhere specifically for a Fried Clams dish, to no avail. Obv, I am from New England hahaha! Summer ideas :) Also, maybe a Craft Beer creator? I know we have the Fizzy maker, beer brewer from Mirai, but I think it would be super cool to take the Gemology Interaction Option design for "Create your own jewelry" but with drinks, to create your own craft beers. Bottle design, choose a berry, and choose a food. It would be more expansive than the fizzy juice maker. I don't know how coding works, but could you adapt those options to another type of crafter item? Sorry to throw this at ya hon, you're just the best at food and also very kind; you helped me fix my game a lot last time and I appreciate you. Love your work keep it up!!

When I think May my brain goes to spring. Fruit based chilled deserts, fresh fruits, salads, Tres Leches Cake, pastel color Pallet. Then my brain goes to Memorial Day, and so I think grilled foods. Hot dogs, hamburgers, ribs, elote.

Thinking of May, I think of the start of bbq/picnic/camping season. As a New Yorker, it's perfect daytime temperatures. While still chilly at night, a good hoodie takes care of that.

The game as such does not have many Chinese Food..it has some east Asian and some South East Asian food but I will do random Chinese food instead of dedicating a whole month to it at the moment. But later I have a couple of functional object/appliances in mind which can beused to make some Chinese food

2. It's going to depend on what part of Mediterranean you focus on. Olives, are heavily involved no matter what. Lentil, beans chickpeas, in salads, soups and stews. Seafood/shellfish as much of it is coastal cuisine. Spaghetti alle vongole (spaghetti with clams), trout in papellote, or paella. Fresh herby salads, shirazi, tabbouleh, feta salad, bean salads. Breads, so many breads. Meats, kabobs (and all it's regional variations), grilled or slow roasted lamb or beef, grilled chicken. Also, wine ;) 3. May, for me is the end of spring beginning of summer when temperatures climb. It's also Mother's Day in the U.S.A... May is fresh fruit, the last strawberry shortcakes, the end of the season for cherries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries. The best way to eat them is simply chilled with whipped cream.

1. I would love another mini tour around the world with food from different cuisines. I would also love. a Mediterranean buffet OR Chinese Spring Buffet. Even if you introduce these updates as the months go along, im here for it and will definitely continue to support. 2. Some of the thoughts that I have in regards to recipes for a Mediterranean buffet are, (Greek Salad with Shrimp and Kamut, Roasted Branzino (white fish) with Caper Butter, Stuffed grape leaves, Kale-Artichoke Stuffed Shells, Lamb Sliders with Yogurt-Tahini Sauce, Lamb Shish Kebabs, Grilled Lamb Chops with Herby Yogurt Sauce, Tomato Salad with Red Onion, Dill, and Feta, Sea Bass with Sicilian Cherry Tomato Sauce, Spanakopita, Greek Fish Stew. By no means do I expect you to create all of the dishes just wanted to provide you with various options. For a Chinese buffet, here are some ideas (orange chicken, lemon chicken , beef and broccoli, fried shrimp, fried tofu, 3. When I think of May, I always think of Cinco De Mayo and day of the dead. All of the neat foods and idea's.

They are not many dishes for sure! I will plan for some
