Time for a another mini poll! So I am finishing up this month's stuff ( Around the world tour menu) and I am undecided on the last recipe i wanna make!

Caramel Flan

 

OR

Matcha Mochi ice cream

 

P.S. - I will be adding two appliances related to these in the coming months - Cute little Flan maker and an add on to the mochi maker for Mochi ice cream.

These two above recipe choice is just for this month!

I feel like I don't have enough authentic desserts for the Tex-Mex restaurant I made, so the flan would be a perfect addition!

Would you use the mochi maker to make the ice cream? That might effect my vote! What would you require for the flan? (This is so exciting!)

I will if I get time this month( maybe as a bonus recipe) but otherwise Iwould do the mochi icecream with the appliance add on ( as it seems to be loosing 😅

The mochi ice cream will be craftable with the mochi maker and the flan will be craftable with a small appliance whether I do them now or later with the appliances! I love doing this semi realistic and semi fantasy/futuristic appliances haha

I haven't tried mochi ice cream or the caramel flan so this one I decided to choose the mochi ice cream. I think caramel is a bit sweet.

the caramel flan won and I made it ( caramel in this recipe is not too sweet) but i will add mochi ice cream as an add on to the mochi maker appliance!

Just in the picture when i saw a lot of caramel well i think it is caramel i thought wow that would be sweet, I'm not a real sweet tooth. I'll have to try and make it at home.

the caramel is the topping sauce here mainy...its mostly made up of milk and eggs - custard
