Update - 20.02.21

Added two alternate versions of the FoodObj tuning - 

1. NoBatuu version - For those who dont have Batuu installed

2. NoDOBat version- For those who dont have Batuu and Dineout installed

Buyable Food

Comes in two versions -1. Catalogue Version

Single dishes buyable from the catalogue

Appliances > Small

Have reasonably relevant prices

Can be eaten as usual

Can be sold from inventory, CL Craft Tables

Can be packed into sack lunches

Always fresh

Food from All packsupto Snowy Escape ( Eco Living EP is missing)

2. No Catalogue Version- This version is the same as above except it is not found in the catalogue. This version is mainly intended for the Food Synth Object mod

DOWNLOAD ANY ONE VERSION

Folder contains a tuning base file and merged files for different packs. Use the packages named after the packs you own

The Tuning file is absolutely required -

Do you need to have both the Snowy Escape Folder and the Snowy_Food_Buyable package? These two seem to conflict in BE reports.

Replace them with the new ones. Dont forget to replace the tuning mentioned in the post. If you feel that the catalogue is cluttered and you only want the foods via the food synth then replace with the no catalogue one

Wow! All of your CC is just amazing and like many have said before - without it the game would lose its appeal quite quickly! Thank you so much! :) About the Buyable food though: I downloaded the NoCatalogue version with the Food Synth. but some food still shows up in the catalogue though. It doesn't really bother me, just thought you should know. Also one question: Do you plan on making ice cream and popcorn available as well through the Food Synth.? That would be sooo awesome, as I have been looking for a way for my Sims to easily being able to buy those at my cinema or fair builds for so long.

They are showing up? Under which category ? Some or all ? Do you have Better build buy ? Debug on ? Thank you so much for letting me know! I am going to make the ice cream buyable from an ice cream stand I am working on! Unfortunately i havent figured out yet how to make the popcorn buyable...What I can do though is make a popcorn stand with new custom popcorns which will look in cinema builds like the sims 3 store set!

Thank you for answering so quickly! Of course - I have BetterBuildBuy activated - that's probably the reason! Sorry to not having thought about it first XD Anyhow, the food is showing up under Small Appliances, but not all of it (e.g. not the snowy day stuff) and it says "buyable food by icemunmun" or sth similar. The lobster thermidor is there twice, once for 25$ and once for 45$ for some reason XD About the ice cream stand and the custom popcorn - OMG that would be truly amazing and I'm sure lots of people would appreciate it! Can't wait to see what you are up to next :))

That version is for those who dont have DineOut and Batuu installed. If you have all the packs installed use the regular tuning

Are NPCs capable of using this? Because this would definitely change the way dorm residents eat! hee hee...no more spawning random dishes

There is no autonomous use but that is a good idea. I will try and add autonomous food buying!

Hi! I downloaded the no catalog version but it is still showing up in my catalog. I just extracted the main folder straight to my mods folder. Is there something I am missing?

I do! I normally don't have debug items checked cause I don't like catalog clutter. Are they just incompatible?

These are not debug items. The debug food has empty empty plates so I had to make new objects. These are regular objects which I have hidden from the catalogue. Hence it shows up with better build buy

So I have an issue, I dl'd no catalogue verion and I'm still seeing them in my catalogue. I do not have better build/buy, is that something I need to fix it?

Also in misc appliances where a lot of harvestables show up. Fine with me but wanted you to know in case it was unintentional
