Foods and drinks to make in spring - April (Patreon)

So, I am in the planning stage of food and drinks to make for April-May and would love to hear your suggestions!

Also, someone commented about Hawaiian food, but I can't find the comment 😔

I would love some African food. Like fufu, rice and chicken stew, fried yam with chilli dip, african kebab.

Hawaiian food would be fantastic, especially for those of us with the Island Living EP! I have a friend who is a native Hawaiian. I'll ask her for suggestions. :)

I'd be totally down for Hawaiian food. Loco Moco, spam musubi, chicken katsu, kalua pig/pork with cabbage, Hawaiian macaroni salad (for authenticity would need white pepper), rice/eggs/spam, pork/chicken laulau, lomi salmon, poke, saimin, huli huli chicken, manapua... Yum! As someone who grew up for part of my childhood in Hawaii I'm so down!

Would you be open to anymore gourmet recipes as well? I went to a restaurant and they had crab and shrimp toast with a mixed green topping and avocado coulis. I have a picture I could send because the playing was STUNNING

I just got a message back from my Hawaiian friend. She said "Kalua pig, Poi, and lomi salmon." Those are all served at luaus. :D

An update for nectar making- so we can have wineries like cafe pastry counter top that’s used to sell stuff like in the boba shop or cafes but interactions to sell nectar instead so it can be like a nectar winery and there’s an NPC (or your sim/someone you hire)who you can buy nectar from if you put that object down , nectar barrels, cheese boards, grape candies, grape tartlets, pear and brie salad skewers, proscuitto wrapped apple bites, Goat Cheese crostini with orange salsa, little finger foods you would have at a winery

Might be in the minority here, but would love to see some custom baby foods for my infant to try. Not sure how that would work logistically though, because of the pop-ups with whether or not the infant likes that particular food or not.

I'm wondering if there's a way that I can get your foods to show up in their own pie menu option. when I click my fridge your food just shows up even if it's not the appropriate meal time.

If you have the custom drink interaction you can grab nectar from a bar but I agree a nectar specific bar with food options will be better!

Like seaprate pie menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner etc ? It currently shows up in the game lunch, dinner etc menus but dedicated ines can be a good idea

yeah! it just dosnt feel the same from the bar - if it was your mod specific and we can implement it into our own cafe we can make it like a whole nectar winery with barrels and such it would be so cute

For Hawaiian food what about Poke Bowls, spam dishes, and chicken skewers? Just some ideas! I'd also like to see some different pies made with some of your crops!

Im interested in hawaiian foods but also more infant foods. EA did not give enough options for them! my infant is forever bored of the same foods!

Some "British" foods would be great, like scones and clotted cream, bangers and mash, yorkshire puddings, etc.

Scotch eggs are delicious, and I also can't get enough salads- I love mediterranean dishes with olives and feta or goat cheese. I loved your turkey sub, so more sandwiches wouldn't be amiss.

Since it's spring, floral themed foods and drinks would be fun. Like pansy shortbread cookies, flower petal ice cubes in maybe a sparkling water, rose shortbread, floral lollipops or cupcakes, or a floral coffee (like I've seen hibiscus and lavender flavored lattes. Also I would love to have honeysuckle in the game, even just the flower.

Yay! That's so exciting :) I know you enjoy bringing in a lot of different ethnic cultures into foods so I was hoping some of these would sound fun!!
