Sly Cooper - ROUGH (Patreon)

Hey baby Sly hears the blues a callin, tossed thievius and raccoonus~....ahem. 

Does it speak volumes that the main skyline my mind conjures up is that of Frasier? Should Sly Cooper have been set in Seattle? Questions for the ages I think. 

I think overall the Sly demake felt a bit lacking due to not being able to include some key scenes. An 8 screen demake would have been nice but they don't tend to trend very well and there's a 90% drop rate from the first set of 4 to the second. I'll still do them of course but will have to save them for special occasions! 

I really would have liked to include a boss screen and perhaps a Carmelita shoot chase scene. Could have studied the first boss in Battle toads I think as reference, seeing through the eyes of Carmelita perhaps taking her shot as you run across the stage. But ah well, ifs and buts were chocolate and nuts, could truly think about all the stuff that didn't make it in, we have to appreciate the stuff that did. 

And most of all I'm glad I got the sneaking part down and a nice screen with ol' Bentley :D. Subscreens/menu screens tend to get pushed to the way side, but I always think they're important, and hopefully you do too!
