Balan Wonderworld ROUGH (Patreon)

Phew! Was cutting it pretty close to get Balan done in time for christmas but thankfully a proverbial fire was lit behind me and made it just in time.

It probably didn't help about 80% through, I decided well, I'm just going to have to bump this entire thing into an 8 screen demake!

Because truly, there was so much I could have captured from Balan. The numerous locales, the visually stunning boss fights (of which for once, I opted not to include).
If there's one regret, I'd have to liked to include the dress/wardrobe submenu screen. Not only due to having Beatscribe do a cover of the track which would have given it a better pairing, but more UI practice never goes amiss!

Something to perhaps focus more on next year me thinks.

Overall this is one of the best demakes so far to me, and this has been one of the best years for demakes too!

Will be neat to see what demakes are in store for 2023, which'll be kickstarted by the Blinx demake ;D. Reverse bookending two years with Naoto Ohshima themed demakes, what a treat!
