People say it’s no harm to anyone but if we let people tool touch with abandon, then the tools will eventually wear away from the abrasion of millions of touches. Personally for this reason I’m okay with AI being used like this, anything to mitigate the risks.

I touched a tool in a shop once and later that tool was used by a serial killer to kill someone. Thankfully the killer wiped the tool clean afterwards so no finger prints were found, but not all serial killers are that considerate
