patreon poll week 1 february (Patreon)

I was listening to some suggestions in which they mentioned that it would be better if I separated the patreon polls between nsfw and sfw (there will be 4 poll patreons per month, 2 nsfw and 2 sfw which will be interspersing the themes), just as many more people comment today It would be better to only comment one section per person
