As someone who has dealt with migraines my entire adult life, I hope you have a quiet, dark place you can rest and that it passes quickly. I am sure you have ways of dealing with it that work for you, but on the off chance you haven't tried Amerge(naratriptan), ask your doctor/neurologist about it. It's a prn that I take, and if I take it as soon as I feel it coming on, works in as little as 30 min. It has saved me so just a thought. Either way, virtual hug, hope you feel better soon.
