Oh my gosh, I have so many things I want to share with you, like literally four posts half written in my head/half written in here as drafts. But I want to get this one out first because I promised and it's ready to go. Then I'll start finishing up the others.

This is the binaural recording I took right out back and put under the last episode (Tsukimono--Possessed by an Animal).

The birds are darned genki at first! And you can hear them get really near the microphones. Funny. Birds. So weird. I love them.

At the very beginning you can also hear the chimes that play every morning at 7 am (and evening at four thirty -- I believe it is in Yaizu. Most places it's five.). They tell everyone to hup-to (!) and get ready for school and work. Or get ready to come home. Without fail, they're chiming. Farther away here than the other house though.

The recording is long (forty minutes), so you can have yourself a very long meditation, a relaxing yoga session, journaling, sketching, wind down after a long day or before bed, heck, you could even just close your eyes and pretend you sitting out on my rickety back wooden porch (?, kinda small for a porch) and watching the people below pass by.

Okay, okay. Again.
