Scary Podcast/Scary Background (Patreon)

That bridge you see in the distance on the right hand side, that's where I just got back from recording. The wind is just terrible recently and keeps blowing out my binaural mics, so I had to climb under the bridge to get the river, birds, some night insects with no wind. I'm going to try and get the podcast up tonight or tomorrow morning, pending Tech Guy's schedule. 

So, this month's Uncanny Japan is a Japanese urban myth that I've always found quite creepy. I first wrote about it back in 2010. First heard about it back in 2007. Still gives me the willies. 

What I thought was wonderfully freaky about this recording, though, is that about halfway through two little girls walk by and one says to the other, "If I were you I wouldn't cross that bridge." 

I've no idea why she was telling the other not to cross the bridge. All I was thinking was, "Fuck, I just crossed that bridge!" 

I haven't listened, but if the background is soothing I'll put it up here for my Patrons to listen to if they like. Might be more relaxing than the train...well, until the 'don't cross the bridge' part.
