Waku Waku Doki Doki! (Patreon)

Okay, that up there in the title, the "waku waku doki doki" is a Japanese onomatopoeia for the feeling you get when you're excited. "Waku waku" being the feeling of excitement and "doki doki" being your heart beating fast. 

It's me!

This month things might be a tad late, but for good reason. I had an epiphany or two and am going to try something new.

It occurred to me that anyone perusing my Patreon page could read about the Bedtime Stories, but have no idea what one actually was. (Seriously, doh!) So what I'm doing this month is putting up a free story on the front page (all my Patrons will get access to it first before it goes free to everyone), then I'll send out a second story to Kitsune and up Patrons per usual. 

The fun thing about this month is everything is interconnected. The two stories are going to be different versions of the same story. Kind of like how old Grimm's Fairy Tales were toned down over time for easier consumption. The free one will be the PG version, the softened version. While the one I send to Patrons will be truer to the original version. Again, tweaked and reimagined where necessary. 

Both stories also tie into the podcast topic, (everything's interconnected!), so this month feels like a nice little bundle of heavenly demons and melon princesses who make bad decisions.

I've got my idea for a postcard and have my eye out for goodies to put in the envelopes. 

All is clicking along fine, slowly, but fine. Where can I buy more hours in a day?
