Envelopes and Postcards Sent! (Patreon)

Hey hey, Everyone!

Today I popped the envelopes and postcards in the mail. They should be to you in about a week. Fingers crossed. 

For my oni and tengu Patrons, I decided to get you your own personal oni mask (complete with beans) for Setsubun (February 3rd holiday--going to podcast about it this coming weekend). In Japan they sell these (see photo) in all the supermarkets in the weeks leading up to "Bean-Throwing Day". Will you be a green oni or a red oni? 

I've also decided to mix it up a little with the monthly Bedtime Story. Instead of always me and my take on the various folklore, I have found some other writers, doing their versions of different Japanese folktales and I want to read those too. So instead of me, me, me, let me occasionally stir in something different and new to the mix. I'm excited about this!

In writerly news, I've gotten out my notebooks and opened up my old Scrivener files and am looking over "The Novel". My agent is eagerly waiting for this to be finished and I'm eagerly waiting to finish it. That's my big goal this year. Something else I'm excited about!
