Okay, this was cute. Yes, it was probably made by some middle-aged man sitting in a gray office in Tokyo with no windows, piles of unkempt papers all over his desk, and a wastebasket full of Pokki and Jagariko boxes, but I still thought it was fun.

A. 適応力と臨機応変さ/tekioryoku to rinkiouhen = Your very adaptable, flexible, and resourceful!

B. 頭の回転の速さとフットワークの軽さ/atama no kaiten no hayasa to futtowaku no karusa= You're a quick thinker and light on your feet (note: I talked to some friends about this and "light on your feet" also means you move around and can get things done quickly.

C. 優れたセンスとアイデア力/sugureta sensu to aidea ryoku= You have an excellent sense of style and the ability to come up with all kinds of ideas

D.芸術的感性と思い込み強さ/geijutsuteki kansei to omoikomi tsuyosa = You have great artistic sense and your ability to remain fixed on a task or project is strong. (note: omoikomu can have a bad meaning, like you get stuck on a bad thought or idea and can't break away. In this case, though, I interpret it more as passion or concentration on something.)
