This tale is so bittersweet! Japanese is so sonorous and delicate. Even more in your voice! 🤭 Terrie, did you know that for Portuguese speakers it is relatively easy to pronounce Japanese? We have most phonemes, and the pronunciation is practically identical. I look for lyrics in romaji to sing (well I try to!) my favorite japanese songs, and I read it as if I were reading Portuguese. One or another sound differs, and that's all.
