Just a suggestion, but maby make it so you can choose wich mutitonsns to have once having gotten them.

Idea for a suggestion, acquireable portal underwear/panties. The PC could wear them and his butthole or penis would show up in a, separately acquireable, fleshlight module. This allows for scenes of the PC fucking himself with the fleshlight, or perhaps the crewmates could take a try at it. Or if you wanna get really spicy, have the fleshlight get lost or the portal sends the PC's penis/butthole to a unknown location and has to now endure getting fucked out of nowhere from who knows where.

You can, actually! The Cloning Bay on your ship can purge mutations you don't want after you've bought the Gene Profiler from the Shipyard. You can also select which mutations you want to block via the Preferences menu!
