There's a post over here for you with some more preview images, and explaining a little bit about the changes. That's all for now o/

When will you star working on the content!?

I'm actually working on content right now, in a manner of speaking, with the parser. I've also got two writers hired working on content to speed things up, one is working on the female start, the other is working on sex act descriptions. Note the description at the start of the post: I don't take days off from development. I've had about 3 days total since this started where I didn't work on AW. One way I handle this reasonably is to have a no-pressure "work on what I want" day on Sundays, which is when 95% of UI related stuff gets done, and extra things like support for custom content/mods. Unfortunately this kind of thing ends up being more visible because it's UI, but most of my endeavors are firmly in coding the game framework, including the stuff necessary for all the unique aspects of the game like the sex scene system.

I just wanted to ask, you didn't have to go that far for the answer. Thank you for that I appreciate it

I'm so impressed! A lot of game development stalls because the creator(s) chip away at various things without a game plan to keep things focused. Working on the meat and bones of the system seems like the smart approach even if I'm impatient for more story content, cause I know it wont be as fun if there isn't a detailed system to go with it.

Thanks :) I want there to be a full set of mechanics to allow the life-sim aspect of the game to work, which I think will not only make the game more interesting, but also bring a certain spice to the erotic aspects of the game. One of my big focuses has been making systems expandable and content easy to add (as well as making mods way more feasible). I've volunteered and written for a few games, and examined the code of many more. One problem area I've found is the amount of work needed to add content beyond the process of writing it. In many games, it's cumbersome and slow, and adding to the overall game mechanics becomes a nightmare... the development hell/massive slowdown games. In other games that are more successful like TiTS, adding submitted content is a full-time job. This naturally limits the speed of development. My goal for AW is to have submitted content be possible to add in 1/3 the time needed to add similar content to TiTS. (I'm not picking on TiTS at all, in fact it's more like respect to use it as a reference.) But... meeting these goals has also meant that it takes longer to get things "up and running". I'm really grateful to all the patrons who have stuck with me during the process of building this framework. ^-^
