The Statue - Version 2.0 (Patreon)

Hi all!

As foretold, Sadie and her statue are back in action. I've attached two different files. One is the story so far. This is largely unchanged from what I put up originally. It's been edited for spelling, continuity, and a few stylistic choices, but the plot stays consistent with the original up through part eight.

When I went back to the story after losing a chunk of it to that damned computer crash, I decided to keep things more hucow exclusive. So, Blake's chapter 9 transformation into a guard dog has been cut away in lieu of the new chapter 9 which is attached as a separate file in case you want to skip to the good part.

You may also notice that the formatting is different or weird or what are those black dots doing there. As part of my computer woes, I decided to finally update to Scrivner 3.0 and I've hated every second of trying to wrangle it back into functional. It's probably less of a hassle to start fresh rather than importing Scrivner1 files, but I have a lot of v1 files. I'll get those kinks ironed out (or just roll back to v1) before the next story.

Also, I believe dropbox is up to date excluding this post. If it's not functional, someone please let me know. It also went haywire when I had to reinstall windows. For that matter, if the attached files come out as gibbersh due to formatting, let me know that as well and I can get it fixed.Happy Reading!
