Technical criticism is beyond my ability but I definitely like the style (no more than your normal one though); there's something appealing about how the eyes, lips, cheeks, and nipples look.

I'm going to be the wet blanket here and note that while it looks fine at a low resolution, distance, size, etc... Closing in on it, the lines for the shading become rather distracting, particularly on the skin. It's by no means a bad piece, just not ideal at larger sizes.
