They are paying crumbs for the research that they want. They are trying to crack the psyche of Africans. 3600$? White with a title and degree would get 50k plus for on the ground research. what will they do with inside information? Make Africa better for Africans or an easier way to manipulate and exploit the population? I bet the flight cost nearly that much. Not hating but how is personal gain effect the whole?
