The city looks pretty big and has a castle in it(the thing in the middle) I would suggest aurea aqua, latin for golden water, because the city is obviously is wealthy and near water which could be the source of the wealth

It looks fortified, and from the edges, seems to be up on a cliff, with no visible port structures (yet?). How about Castle Hill?
